I was once a loyal customer to this place...I have been ordering here for years. Twice now, in 24 hours I have paid for food and not gotten to eat it. Last night the delivery person got lost 3 times on the way to my apartment that is 5 blocks away, forcing me to cancel my order. This afternoon, I received my order and it was someone else's tofu and soy cheese order instead of the real food I wanted. I am completely disatisfied, and my credit card is still pending charges for both of these orders.

Chips were good but I ordered to get the salsa cruda. For some reason, the salsa tasted fishy. Not good. I ended up eating the chips with the sour cream I ordered on the side. Not exactly worth the money I paid for.

Ok so I used to think it was ok.. but today they completely disappointed me. they forgot the beans to the order of my 2 tacos and one of the tacos was barely filled... I had 2 pieces of chicken (small) and like 3 pieces of tomato?! I don't understand what I paid for.

The food is good, nothing too special. The chips they give are often stale and the delivery time is often too long. When I called, they were also not the most friendly that I had been waiting for a long time.

Blockheads is great! I love that they have healthy options. The chicken fajita burrito is 500 calories and totally hits the spot. They also have your classics. I love it because I can eat healthy and my husband can eat hearty at the same time!

Great quesadilla! Plenty of food for the money so it was a good value. Delivery took a bit longer than expected, but well worth the wait. We will definitely order from them again soon!

For the price, these Tex-Mex dishes are pretty good. Not traditional Mexican food, but good sized portions, good guacamole, and my personal favorite is the healthy "Low-Carbsedilla". I prefer eating in at Blockheads because they have cheap Margaritas and an all-you-can-drink Mimosa brunch on Sundays. Plus cute decor and an outdoor cafe during the warmer months. I went here for my birthday and they gave me a Patron tequilla shot with a candle in it as well as a giant Mexican hat to wear - hilarious!

Delivery from Blockheads has always been very quick. And I'm very pleased with the food. Nothing too fancy, just basically as described. But always tasty, and always packaged well.

I ordered the quesadilla with corn, beans and grilled vegetables. The only veggies I saw were 3 measly pieces of old broccoli. The quesadilla was cold (not even lukewarm) and probably one of the worst I've ever had. It also took them an hour to deliver the food - and I don't even live that far away.

Great food and extremely fast delivery.
The food is a little bit variable. For standard california style burritos and quesadillas it is usually very good although the quesadillas are somehow not made exactly the same way every time. It is a little bit expensive unless you get the lunch deal.

They surprised me for lunch with guacamole... I don't think that should have come with what I ordered. It was pretty great. The shredded beef burrito was also quite tasty. Big portions, better than I expected. I will order from here (especially for lunch) again.

As with all Mexican places, think about what will travel well... i.e. nothing with a hard shell. Food is great, just don't order hard tacos, nachos, etc.. Quesadillas, burritos, soft tacos are your best bet.

Great food but they do get the order wrong quite often (4 of my orders so far) Last time I ordered a whole wheat burrito with brown rice and tofu sour cream..it came with a white flour burrito, white rice, and regular sour cream. They are very nice about it and they take the time to find out what went wrong and then replace the order right away but 4 times is a lot so they still need to step up there game when it comes to the kitchen getting the order correct.

The food is always good and consistent. But they just don't seem to get the "green delivery" option that Seamless Web advertises. Each time I click the "No utensils please" button, yet every time I get stacks of plastic utensils in my delivery. Can someone help them figure this out?

The burritos are fresh, filling, and excellent taste-wise. Ordering in the Jamaican Jerk Chicken burrito (on a whole wheat tortilla) has been one of the highlights of my last semester of my undergraduate college career.

This place is OK. I may have been spoiled a bit by living in San Francisco & Los Angeles and getting great Mexican. Their chips come in a pre-packaged bag, which I was kind of expecting by reading another review on here. The Quesadilla was alright, a little bland, nothing to get too excited over. Fast local deliver (20 minutes from click to door). Overall, nothing special in my opinion.

Had to update my review, as after several false starts, Blockhead's has gotten my order down to a science, and we no longer have the delivery nightmare problems we used to have. Also, I've tried more of their menu, and I have to recommend the nachos very highly; their guac is really good in general.

typically good, but not the last time i ordered. did not follow delivery instructions. did not put onions on the side of a dish. chips were stale. did not include extra chips that they were supposed to. did not include napkins or utensils as they were supposed to...friendly tho.

I got the Jerk Chicken Burrito. Chicken was slightly dry, and they used brown rice, which I did not ask for. Could not find any trace of plantain in the burrito.

The food was excellent and tasted like it had just been served to us at the restaurant. The salsa is delicious and the burritos are fantastic. This is the first Mexican delivery option we found that we can honestly say we "love".

The guacamole is delicious and I would gladly order that again. The chips, however, came in some prepackaged bag that tasted like Doritos -- and silly me, them coming from a Mexican restaurant, I expected them to be house made. I also ordered the super shredded beef burrito, it was entirely rice and beans with no beef, guacamole or sour cream to be found.
